LaTanya Moore, PhD, is an Implementation Specialist at FPG Child Development Institute. She provides active implementation support at the community and coalition levels. Dr. Moore is skilled in implementation science and scaling evidenced based practices to promote healthy child and family outcomes. Her current work at FPG focuses within the North Carolina Implementation Capacity for Triple P (NCIC-TP) project, which supports the active implementation and scaling-up of the Triple P-Postive Parenting Program system of interventions in North Carolina. Dr. Moore completed her PhD at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Organizational Leadership. She has significant experience with organizational change, systems intervention, and agency level leadership. Dr. Moore is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in North Carolina and is an active member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.

Before joining FPG, Dr. Moore served as Clinical Director of a mental health organization, where she was influential in implementation and sustainability of enhanced mental health programs. She also assisted with building workforce development infrastructure through training, coaching, and supervising practitioners. In addition to leadership roles, LaTanya has worked closely with children and families through various evidenced based practices. She continues to have a passion for increasing sustainable organizational change and conducting research that directly impacts families.
