Evaluation of Supporting Change and Reform in Inclusive Personnel Preparation (SCRIPP)

This contract supports the evaluation of enhancements being made to the early childhood program at Northampton Community College (NCC). NCC has created the Supporting Change and Reform in Inclusive Personnel Preparation (SCRIPP) project to increase the number of highly qualified paraprofessionals in Pennsylvania who apply evidence-based and competency-based practices in classrooms that serve culturally and linguistically diverse children of varying abilities aged birth through five years. The SCRIPP project also hopes to increase the number of highly qualified personnel in Pennsylvania prepared to work with infants, toddlers, and preschool children with disabilities. SCRIPP is a project funded by the Office of Special Education Programs in the US Department of Education.
