North Carolina Race to the Top-Early Learning Challenge Support

FPG provides support and expertise to successfully implement the North Carolina Race to the Top-Early Learning Challenge (RTT-ELC) grant. North Carolina's RTT-ELC grant is a federally funded initiative jointly administered by the US Department of Education and the US Department of Health and Human Services. The grant includes 18 projects designed to ensure that children with high needs have access to effective and high quality early learning and development programs. FPG helps support the overall management of the grant, provides leadership on the Early Childhood Integrated Data System project and on the Transformation Zone activities and expertise about implementation science, as well as other content expertise as needed.
