This interactive, self-paced module is featured as part of the NCIC-TP online "Simulation Lab" to help counties learn and apply implementation science concepts as they begin to scale-up Triple-P. Learners gain hands-on experience identifying ready agencies, evaluators, funders, and community members for an initial community coalition. By navigating practical issues and challenges commonly faced by lead agencies selecting partners, learners gain insight and instruction to bring into their real workplace experiences. The module concludes with a report showing the correct choices along with a rationale.
