Biographical Statement

Devon Minch, PhD, is an implementation specialist with The Impact Center at the UNC Frank Porter Graham Child Development Institute. She partners with communities, coalitions, and state agencies to optimize the outcomes and sustainability of population level evidence-based interventions using implementation science.

Devon has over 10 years of experience serving at various levels of the educational system working to advance tiered prevention and intervention frameworks (e.g., MTSS, RtI, PBIS). She brings expertise in supporting the implementation and scale up of multi-tiered systems of support at the state, district, and school levels. Her areas of interest include supporting systems to obtain and use equitable stakeholder voice within the design, implementation, and evaluation of services. Devon is passionate about ensuring systems obtain and use stakeholder voice, particularly historically marginalized voices, to ensure responsive and equitable services and outcomes. She earned her PhD, EdS, and MA degrees in School Psychology from the University of South Florida where she specialized in systems change and family-school collaboration.
