This interactive, self-paced module is featured as part of the NCIC-TP online Simulation Lab to help counties learn and apply implementation science concepts as they begin to scale-up Triple-P. Learners are introduced to strategies necessary to successfully recruit co-creation partners and support toward successful, sustainable implementation of Triple P scale-up. Learners are asked to choose a persona to adopt within a fictional reality and must sequence tasks, assess county fit with Triple P, construct a summary speech, and gain buy-in from key community partners. The module concludes with a personalized report showing the choices made along the way.
