Otitis Media in Young Children With Disabilities–Practical Strategies

Otitis media with effusion (OME) is one of the most common illnesses of early childhood. Children with many developmental disabilities are at increased risk of OME. Early interventionists can be an important resource to families by sharing information and healthy strategies for the home and classroom.
