Kathleen Gallagher, an educational psychologist and scientist at Frank Porter Graham Child Development Institute and clinical associate professor at UNC-CH, described early childhood programs which can improve outcomes for children whose families live in poverty. This lecture was part of the Sulzberger Distinguished Lecture series hosted by the Duke University Center for Child and Family Policy.
