The increasing numbers of children with disabilities in early childhood programs make it imperative for personnel to have the knowledge and skills to support effective inclusion. Moreover, a statewide multiagency system is needed to ensure effective professional development. This session will highlight how the National Professional Development Center on Inclusion (NPDCI) is working to change what we know, what we don't know, and what we do about these important issues.
