The National Implementation Research Network (NIRN) at the UNC Frank Porter Graham Child Development Institute (FPG) wants to incorporate the thoughts, perspectives, and real-life experiences of those who work within implementation science into resources that support the implementation support practitioner core competencies. To that end, NIRN is providing a unique opportunity for the implementation science community to come together and participate in the alignment of the implementation support practitioner core competencies to activities within the implementation stages. Each of the four sessions (listed below) is guaranteed to be highly interactive, with time prioritized for collaboration and networking.

• Part 1:  ISP Core Competencies during Exploration (February 16, 2022 @ 12:30 - 2:30 pm ET)
• Part 2:  ISP Core Competencies during Installation (May 17, 2022 @ 12:30 - 2:30 pm ET)
• Part 3:  ISP Core Competencies during Initial Implementation (August 10, 2022 @ 12:30 - 2:30 pm ET)
• Part 4:  ISP Core Competencies during Full Implementation (November 16, 2022 @ 12:30 - 2:30 pm ET)

The recommended audience for NIRN's Implementation Support Practitioner Core Competencies Virtual Series includes: implementation specialists, implementation support practitioners, executive sponsors, champions, implementation team members, and implementation scientists.

The benefits to participating in this four-part interactive virtual series include:

• diving into the why, how, and what of the implementation support practitioner practice profile and core competencies;
• examining the role of the implementation support practitioner in the equitable implementation of stage-based activities;
• networking and collaborating with others to share real-life examples of the ISP core competencies in use within a stage-based approach;
• co-developing new resources, ideas, and guidance for the implementation support practitioner practice profile; and
• getting a first look at new materials as they are released.
