Educare Learning Network's Data Utilization Study

This qualitative study will examine data utilization processes in Educare schools. The multi-method evaluation will include key informant interviews and focus groups, as well as review of data-sharing documents and agreements. The goals of the study are as follows: (1) document the processes that occur around data utilization in Educare schools and describe levels of implementation fidelity for the feature; (2) examine factors that relate to fidelity to the Educare model of data utilization, including leadership, technical assistance, and other contextual barriers to and facilitators of fidelity; (3) share information with the larger Educare Network for program improvement around this component; and (4) use the information gathered to develop data collection protocols that can be used in the wider Implementation Study to document the data utilization component.
