The Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning partnered with the Frank Porter Graham Child Development Institute to jointly evaluate a summer pre-k program and two quality improvement initiatives sponsored by the Department. FPG also provided assistance with developing and piloting a quality continuum framework for early care and education programs.
