Lastinger Center for Learning Capacity Development

This project is in response to the University of Florida’s Lastinger Center for Learning search for support for capacity development in best practices of implementation science through a two-phase approach. This project, which covers Phase 1, includes exploration activities to support development of a team, assessment of opportunities and needs, readiness activities, and recommendations for options  proposed to support overall readiness and identification of specific areas of focus for the Center to develop internal implementation science capacity. Data and information from this project, Phase 1, would then be used to support development of a Phase 2.
