PA Capacity Development for Continuous School Improvement

Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate Unit 13 (IU13) is an education service agency dedicated to providing services, supports, and solutions that make a difference to all learners and our community. Lancaster-Lebanon IU13 is seeking further support for capacity development in best practices of implementation science to support continuous improvement processes and evidence-based practices. Lancaster-Lebanon IU13 supports Pennsylvania's federally identified (CSI/TSI) educational agencies.

The team at Lancaster-Lebanon IU13 wants to improve implementation efforts through monitoring district plans. To support the development of implementation capacity, the National Implementation Research Network (NIRN) will provide a blended model of training, coaching, and consultation support, which includes: 

  • Sustained support for statewide continuous improvement team
  • Capacity building for school improvement facilitators (SIFs)
  • Implementation tool adaptation and integration
  • Ongoing coaching and consultation
  • Strategic planning alignment
  • Implementation science learning for k-12 continuous improvement teams
