Strengthening Linked Leadership and Implementation Teams That Create a System of Support for Effective Implementation in Sacramento Child Protective Services

Area(s) of Work: Child Welfare

The aim of the project is, building from current strengths, to design and operationalize linked leadership and implementation teams as a system of support in Sacramento Child Protective Services that attends to executive, cross-agency, and day-to-day leadership and management functions necessary for effective implementation. Dr. Boothroyd will facilitate onsite processes to develop documented terms of reference, communication protocols, and related resources that clearly describe roles, activities, and linkages/alignment of leadership and implementation teams attending to executive, cross-agency, and day-to-day leadership and management functions. She will provide behavioral coaching (distance-based) to linked leadership and implementation teams (emphasis at the cross-agency and day-to-day function levels) to co-create and assist in operationalizing processes that set these implementation structures in-place as functional features of the organization.
