Variations in Implementation of Quality Interventions: Examining the Quality-Child Outcomes Relationship in Child Care and Early Education

The Frank Porter Graham Child Development Institute will partner with MDRC to conduct the Variations in Implementation of Quality Interventions: Examining the Quality-Child Outcomes Relationship in Child Care and Early Education study (i.e., the Quality Study). The Quality Study will address important early childhood education (ECE) research and policy by addressing questions about which aspects of ECE quality have the largest impacts on child outcomes and the extent to which those aspects of ECE quality can be improved through intervention. The ultimate success of the project hinges upon a clear and deep understanding of the extant CCEE literature and current developmental and implementation sciences, as well as knowledge of cutting-edge research and methodological approaches.
