This checklist is one component of the Early Childhood Technical Assistance (ECTA) Center's "Planning Guide to Statewide Implementation, Scale-up, and Sustainability of Recommended Practices" and can be used by states for measuring classroom program implementation of the Division for Early Childhood (DEC) Recommended Practices.
