How can technical assistance move beyond one-size-fits-all support to truly build implementation capacity? This SISEP webinar will explore how Targeted Technical Assistance (TTA) and Communities of Practice (CoPs) can be used together to support meaningful systems change. Participants will learn how targeted supports address specific implementation challenges, while Communities of Practice create space for shared learning, problem-solving, and peer connections across agencies and teams.
Drawing on examples from SISEP partnerships with Institutes of Higher Education, this session will highlight practical strategies for designing targeted supports, facilitating effective Communities of Practice, and using these structures to strengthen the use of the Active Implementation Frameworks. Participants will leave with ideas for building sustainable learning networks that support implementation teams, leaders, and practitioners as they work to improve outcomes.
