On Monday, April 12, Dr. Onnie Rogers joins FPG's Carolina Consortium on Human Development to present Situating Human Development in the Sociopolitical Context as part of our Spring 2021 series on Culture & Developmental Science: Considering Context, Culture, and Intersectional Approaches.

Onnie Rogers, PhD, is an assistant professor in Psychology at Northwestern University. Her research examines how children and adolescents make sense of their racial, ethnic and gender identities; how cultural stereotypes and expectations shape the development and intersectionality of these identities; and the ways in which multiple identities influence adolescents' social-emotional and academic outcomes.
