Abby Butler is a project manager with the National Implementation Research Network (NIRN) at the UNC Frank Porter Graham Child Development Institute. She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Education from Vanderbilt University and boasts expertise in coaching and leadership, project management, facilitation, teaching, and instructional design. In previous positions, she contracted and coordinated numerous events for an international education consulting firm, coached beginning teachers for NC State University’s Wolfpack WORKS project, served as a teaching and learning coach in Durham Public Schools coordinating curriculum implementation and leading professional development, and taught in elementary schools for almost a decade.
