Prior to joining FPG and the NIRN team as a project manager, she has provided consulting services for Butler Doors, Inc., overhauling HR handbooks, transitioning the company to a four-day workweek, and implementing web-based accounting systems. Her role as client support specialist at Bright Morning Consulting saw her contract and coordinate numerous events, exceeding sales goals and fostering client relationships. Abby's impact extends to education, where she coached beginning teachers for NC State University’s Wolfpack WORKS project and served as a teaching & learning coach in Durham Public Schools, coordinating curriculum implementation and leading professional development. Abby also taught in elementary schools for almost a decade.
