Biographical Statement 

Abby Butler is a seasoned professional who believes in the mindful stewardship of people and systems to unlock brilliance, no matter the title of her role. Holding a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Education from Vanderbilt University, Abby boasts expertise in coaching and leadership, project management, facilitation, teaching, and instructional design. Prior to joining FPG and the NIRN team as a project manager, she has provided consulting services for Butler Doors, Inc., overhauling HR handbooks, transitioning the company to a four-day workweek, and implementing web-based accounting systems. Her role as client support specialist at Bright Morning Consulting saw her contract and coordinate numerous events, exceeding sales goals and fostering client relationships. Abby's impact extends to education, where she coached beginning teachers for NC State University’s Wolfpack WORKS project and served as a teaching & learning coach in Durham Public Schools, coordinating curriculum implementation and leading professional development. Abby also taught in elementary schools for almost a decade. She is a participant in prestigious programs like the North Carolina Digital Leaders Coaching Network and the Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools Teacher Leadership Institute. Abby's diverse experiences culminate in a dynamic professional profile characterized by a commitment to excellence, a passion for learning, and a demonstrated ability to navigate complex systems.
