Black Infant and Toddler Equity Project

Through collaboration with national, state and local coalitions and organizations, the Equity Research Action Coalition will identify, track and align strategies to strengthen the focus on protecting, promoting, and preserving the well being, health, wealth, access and experiences of Black children and their families through anti-racist and cultural wealth policy making framework and communication. In this project, we will (1) engage with national, state, and local coalitions and organizations to integrate the 3Ps framework – Protecting, Promoting, and Preserving – and the Black Child National Agenda into their strategy and priority area (2) develop data warehouse and dashboard and promote details through briefs and reports at national and state level showing current progress on Black Child National agenda with focus on Black families and babies and (3) create a counter narrative about Black families and babies through national campaigns and influential forums.
