An innovative new Early Learning Network has been developed in North Carolina to provide on-site technical assistance to support itinerant teachers and consultants as they work to support the inclusion of young children with disabilities across North Carolina. This project will support the Network’s professional development program with a focus on building capacity within the Early Learning Network’s consultants’ team to conduct formative assessment of inclusive classroom quality in early childhood programs participating in the network’s PD program for the purpose of guiding program improvements. Capacity building activities will include reliability and accuracy training on the Inclusive Classroom Profile (ICP).
