Evaluation of Wake County Public School System's "Social-Emotional Foundations for Early Learning (SEFEL) Coaching: Building Capacity and Ensuring Fidelity"

This project will provide evaluation support for the Wake County SEFEL coaching project. Project staff, who have experience and training in both early childhood programs and multiple methods of evaluation, will work with key WCPSS staff and stakeholders to develop and implement an evaluation plan for the coaching project. As part of these responsibilities, the evaluator’s work scope will include:

  • Lead logic modeling to inform design of the evaluation plan,
  • Work collaboratively with key WCPSS staff and stakeholders to develop and produce the evaluation plan,
  • Oversee the collection of teacher, child, and coach evaluation data as defined by the plan,
  • Manage and analyze evaluation data,
  • Report results to the project leadership team on an ongoing basis to inform decisions about adjusting the course of the project as necessary, and
  • Provide formative and summative evaluation reports to WCPSS leadership and funders.
