Implementation Evaluation of the Triple P System in Two North Carolina Counties

The Triple P Implementation Evaluation (TPIE) supports evaluation activities related to ongoing implementation of the Triple P – Positive Parenting Program (Triple P) system of interventions in two North Carolina counties. Triple P is an evidence-based, community-wide parenting and family support system to promote the social, emotional, health, and behavioral wellbeing of children. The purposes of the project are to (1) assess county-wide implementation capacity for the Triple P system of interventions, (2) identify and describe core components of implementation infrastructure (e.g., training, coaching, leadership, data systems) within service delivery organizations implementing Triple P interventions, and (3) evaluate the quality and density of utilization of Triple P services in two North Carolina counties over a period of two years. Population-level wellbeing outcomes will also be monitored and explored in relation implementation components and services quality and reach.
