The purpose of this multi-organization partnership is to leverage existing collaborations, expertise, and work to bolster all three partnering organizations’ activities to mitigate the impacts of this double pandemic—COVID-19 and racism—on Black families with children, birth to age 5. The two goals of this partnership are: (1) to ensure Black families across the economic spectrum are fully represented in RAPID-EC, especially low-income Black families, and (2) to provide the Educare Learning Network (ELN) real-time data on the experiences of the families and households in the ELN community, and to compare ELN’s support of families and children to a national sample.
