The National Implementation Research Network (NIRN) will support effective and quality implementation of the New Jersey Department of Children and Families’ Family Success Centers’ (FSC) Practice Profile across their network of providers. NIRN will support implementation of the FSC practice profile through an Active Implementation approach that involves three major goals: 1) facilitate the development and ongoing implementation of an accountable teaming structure responsible for supporting the installation and ongoing improvement of the FSC practice profile components; 2) facilitate the teams’ use of effective implementation practices to align implementation supports to ensure high quality implementation of the FSC practice profile; and 3) facilitate the use of data and information to refine and continuously improve the implementation supports necessary for high quality implementation of the FSC practice profile. The framework offered by NIRN maps these goals to the areas of implementation science support; implementation specialist competencies used to support capacity development, related RFP priorities, and deliverables; and structured facilitation techniques.
