WA Part C Systems Redesign

This project works with Washington DSHS ITEIP to complete the following activities: 1) reviewing and revising the mission, vision and purpose of the Part C program and its scope of responsibilities; 2) reviewing and revising the Part C programs' infrastructure to improve accountability and support the state program's mission and responsibilities; 3) developing policy clarifications, forms, and guidance materials and recommending changes to the Data Management System and General Supervision System to integrate child and family outcomes with the IFSP process and evidence based practices; 4) developing service coordinator and service provider competencies and related on-line training modules that support evidence-based practices; and 5) reviewing and revising state Part C fiscal policies, including procedures related to use of private insurance.
