The Child Outcomes Summary (COS) Online Learning Module provides practitioners with general information on why and how to implement the COS process. This training activity, a component of the module, provides 3 case studies and instructions for practitioners to practice and build their COS skills. A case study worksheet and answer key for each case are included.
