Biographical Statement 

Alicia Reynolds, MPH, is a Research Assistant with the National Implementation Research Network (NIRN) at Frank Porter Graham Child Development Institute at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Reynolds graduated in 2020 with an MPH from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a focus in Maternal and Child Health. She has 3 years of experience in coordinating and implementing public health research and monitoring and evaluation with overall 10 years of experience in youth, family, and community health education initiatives within local government, nonprofit, and academia. Her areas of focus include adolescent girl mental health; LGBTQ+ health; adolescent sexual and reproductive health; and eliminating maternal health injustices.
