Biographical Statement 

Jessica J. Reed is an implementation specialist with The Impact Center at the UNC Frank Porter Graham Child Development Institute. She supports agencies, community organizations, coalitions, funders, and policy makers to put practices into place that will support individuals and communities to optimize the outcomes and sustainability of evidence-based interventions using implementation science. Jessica supports the implementation and scale-up of evidence-based programs and practices that drive systems change.

Jessica is also interested in what it takes to support implementation and TA support providers to do their work. She has designed and implemented coaching practices for intermediary organizations and is driven to support people in roles where they help others. Jessica works with a focus on workforce development best practices and is passionate about supporting the workforce in human services systems to prevent burnout and reduce turnover.

Jessica has over two decades of experience in early childhood education, early childhood mental health, and parent support programs. She is passionate about equity, inclusion, racial justice, and creating nurturing and safe environments for young children to learn, grow, and thrive.
