Wake County Home-Based Service Integration Consultation

The purpose of this project was to provide consultation to Wake County Smart Start to develop a plan for a county-wide service integration of home-based services for young children and their families. The consultation primarily relied on document reviews, as well as interviews and focus groups with key stakeholders, including community members to gather information on the best way to implement this county-wide service integration.
