Biographical Statement: 

As a senior implementation specialist and the lead of strategic innovation and learning design at FPG, Wendy Morgan, PhD, shapes the direction and design of community-focused professional development and technical assistance. She has introduced innovative blended learning strategies and led efforts to establish an organization-wide learning ecosystem to support those strategies by collecting and utilizing data from web-based resources. She also partnered in the original planning of the McKinney Scholars Program for undergraduates from North Carolina HBCUs.

She has led her team to create over 80 products aimed at supporting behavior change amongst members of the community. She has been recognized with nine Brandon Hall awards in addition to university awards; her portfolio is available at wendymmorganphd.com, and her CV can be found above.

Wendy holds a PhD in Interpersonal Communication from Purdue University, a MA in Mass Communication from Northwestern University, and a BA in Journalism and Visual Communication from James Madison University.
