The NIRN Training Program is a structured professional learning experience designed to build implementation capacity among educators, leaders, and support providers working to improve outcomes through the effective use of evidence-based practices. The program consists of six two-hour virtual training sessions complemented by asynchronous learning activities that allow participants to apply concepts in their local contexts. Grounded in the Active Implementation Frameworks, the training focuses on developing practical knowledge and skills related to implementation stages, drivers, teams, and improvement cycles. Through a blend of interactive sessions, real-world application, and reflection, participants deepen their ability to support selection, adoption, and sustained use of innovations. This approach ensures that learning extends beyond theory, equipping participants with actionable strategies to strengthen systems, enhance fidelity, and drive meaningful and lasting change.
