Biographical Statement 

As a Senior Implementation Specialist at FPG, Wendy Morgan, PhD, shapes the direction and design of community-focused professional development and technical assistance. She has introduced innovative blended learning strategies and led efforts to establish an organization-wide learning ecosystem to support those strategies by collecting and utilizing data from web-based resources. She also partnered with FPG's Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion to design the McKinney Scholars Program for undergraduates from North Carolina HBCUs.

She is the recipient of nine Brandon Hall awards for her work (from 2015-2022 including awards for custom content, blended learning, and learning technology), and was presented with a 2021 Trailblazer Award for Excellence in Practice by Learning Reimagined.

Wendy holds a PhD in Interpersonal Communication from Purdue University (2006), a MA in Mass Communication from Northwestern University (2000), and a BA in Journalism and Visual Communication from James Madison University (1995).
