Early Childhood Systems TA Center

The Center will support Part C/Section 619 Coordinators and staff to implement high-quality EI/ECSE systems and increase implementation of evidence based practices (EBPs) to improve outcomes for children with disabilities and their families. Outcomes are to: (1) increase leadership capacity of state coordinators/staff to implement IDEA programs and collaborate across broader early childhood; (2) increase access to high quality inclusive programs for children with disabilities; (3) build capacity to improve and sustain systems to implement IDEA and deliver high quality services; (4) support implementation of EBPs, and (5) build state capacity to implement Systemic Improvement Plans and improve child outcomes.
